Summer night stargazing

During the month of august you will often see meteor showers at night. Because we live in a very dark area you get a beautiful view of the night sky. You are even able to see the Milky Way. If you spend the night in our yurt we will supply you with a bed for outside so you can spend as long as you like enjoying this wonderful natural phenomenon. Price € 295,- for 2 persons

• 3 nights in the yurt including bedclothes

Winter camping

Looking forward to winter as well? Being outside and seeing the morning dew coverings the fields? Spending a few more minutes in bed because the mornings are dark for so long? Stay in our heated yurt and enjoy the outdoor sauna. Make a pan of soup above the campfire or enjoy the sight of a frozen pool of water from the comfort of a shelter and a warm blanket.

Romantic package

It is fun to surprise your loved one with a romantic dinner by candlelight or a campfire and spending the night in our B&B or yurt. The following you will be served breakfast in bed if you so desire. When you leave you will find your relationship has received a boost. This package could of course also serve as a honeymoon, in which case we will also add a bottle of sparkling wine and decorations.

Drentse Fiets4Daagse Package 2020

Meppel has yet again planned out 4 wonderful routes in the period of July 7th to 10th. You will arrive on Monday the 6th of July. Bicycles can be stalled in our lockable bycicle storage with chargingpoint for e-bikes.

Dinner will be served on a to be agreed upon time, and will be served in your garden if the weather allows and otherwise in your personal dining room.
The following morning there will be a nutritious breakfast ready for you, and you will have the opportunity to assemble a packed lunch. After that you can love for the starting point in Meppel. In the evenings when you return dinner will be waiting for you and you will be able to rest up for the next day. On Friday the 10th of July, after the final stretch, you can either go home or choose to book an extra night.

Cycling- or hikingpackage

We welcome you on your first night with tea or coffee and homemade treats. After a good night we will serve a nutritious breakfast so you will be ready to go. We will set out either a cycling or hiking route for you, where you will be able to name a preferred distance. Halfway through your route we will meet up with you to supply you with a picnic with warm and cold dishes. If it rains we will also supply you with shelter. After your picnic you can resume your route.

Upon your return you will be able to rlaxt while we serve your dinner. After that you will be able to rest. The following morning we serve yet another breakfast before you leave for your home feeling rejuvenated.

This package can be booked both in our holiday home and our yurt.
